During the course of your MBA studies, you will be undertaking an industry project with one of Ducere’s industry partners.
In order for your group to be successful and meet the outcomes set in the Request for Service, it is important to
understand some of the practical challenges you and your group may face and what techniques you may use to create
innovative solutions. For this assignment research and write an analysis based on one of the options presented below.
Option 1: Project Management Process
Prepare a written analysis on the project management process (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & control, and
closing) you and your group will develop and manage. Your analysis should include:
1. Discuss your understanding of how each area of the project management process will contribute to the success
of your group’s project.
